1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Endurance Sport Travel website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Endurance Sport Travel is a division of Outdoor Travel Adventures ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who May Use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or request travel services. The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide any information you submit about a travelling companion.

3. Your Account

Some features — the season planner, bucket list, race diary, training log, athlete profile and trip itineraries — require an account. You may sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or Microsoft, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of the credentials you use.

• Notify us promptly at info@endurancesporttravel.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission
• Do not share your account or transfer it to another person
• You may close your account at any time — see the account deletion request page

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that is used to abuse the Platform or other users, or where we are required to do so by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Scrape, harvest, republish or resell our event catalogue, editorial content or any other part of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data, or probe or test our security
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform, including by overloading, flooding or disrupting our services
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person
• Upload malicious code, or use automated systems to access the Platform except for well-behaved search engine crawlers
• Reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from our applications, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you provide — your athlete profile, saved races, season plans, training sessions, notes and inquiry details. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the travel services you request. We do not sell it, and our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Training data, health information and travel preferences shape what we recommend, and we rely on what you tell us.

6. Event Information

Our event calendar is compiled from race organisers, official event websites and third-party sources. Dates, courses, entry requirements, qualifying standards, registration windows and prices change frequently and without notice to us. We present this information in good faith but do not warrant that it is complete, current or accurate.

Always confirm details with the official race organiser before registering, booking travel or making any non-refundable commitment. Registration for a race is a contract between you and that organiser; we do not sell race entries and are not a party to it. Some outbound links to registration providers are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission where you register through them — at no additional cost to you and with no influence on which events we list.

7. Travel Services and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the Platform starts a conversation. It is not a booking, does not reserve anything, and creates no obligation on either side. No payment is ever taken through the website or the mobile apps.

A trip becomes binding only under a separate written proposal or confirmation issued by us, which carries its own pricing, deposit schedule, payment terms, change fees and cancellation policy. Those trip terms govern your booking, not this page; where the two conflict, the trip terms prevail for that trip.

We act as an agent in arranging travel with third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, transfer operators, guides and race organisers. Those suppliers provide the services and apply their own terms and conditions, which you accept when we book on your behalf. We are not liable for a supplier's acts, omissions, insolvency, schedule changes or cancellations, or for events beyond reasonable control including weather, race cancellation, strikes, civil unrest, natural disaster or government action. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

8. Training Data and Health

The Platform lets you record workouts, including sessions captured on a connected smartwatch, and displays countdowns, readiness prompts and editorial guidance about racing and travel.

None of this is medical advice, and it is not a coaching, diagnostic or fitness-monitoring service. Recorded metrics are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Endurance sport carries real risk of injury and death. Consult a qualified physician before beginning or changing a training programme or entering an event, and never rely on the Platform for any medical or safety decision. You participate in events at your own risk.

9. Travel Documents, Visas and Health Requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity, and for obtaining any visas, transit permits, vaccinations and health documentation required for your itinerary. We will share guidance where we can, but requirements differ by nationality and change often, and the obligation to meet them is yours. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or expired documentation.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its contents — including text, editorial articles, photography, design, logos, and software — are owned by Endurance Sport Travel or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform links to and integrates with services we do not control, including race registration providers, sign-in providers, mapping services and travel insurance partners. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability of the Platform

We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endurance Sport Travel, Outdoor Travel Adventures and our officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed events, arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Platform itself will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Liability relating to a booked trip is governed by that trip's own terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurance Sport Travel and Outdoor Travel Adventures from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

15. Apple and Google App Store Terms

Where you obtain our mobile application through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms of service. These Terms are between you and Endurance Sport Travel only — not with Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the application or its content. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any question about the application, including support and warranty claims, should be directed to us at info@endurancesporttravel.com, not to the store.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@endurancesporttravel.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to their personal jurisdiction and venue there.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a trip already confirmed.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any trip-specific terms, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Platform. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
